Our 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

At Flyway Fence Company, we stand behind the quality of our work — that’s why every new fence installation comes with a 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty.

What’s Covered:

• Loose or improperly fastened boards or panels
• Misaligned posts or gates
• Gate hardware or construction errors

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear, weathering, or ground settling
• Damage from storms, accidents, or misuse
• Material defects (covered separately by manufacturer’s warranty)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Need to File a Claim?

Simply contact us at 608-780-5361 or drew@flywayfenceco.com with your invoice and a description of the issue. We’ll schedule an inspection and, if it’s covered, repair the problem at no cost to you.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner at the original installation site.

UltraGuard® Vinyl Product Warranty Summary

Provided by USAVinyl, LLC (Manufacturer Warranty)

What’s Covered:

• Vinyl fencing, railing, and outdoor products are guaranteed to be free from material and manufacturing defects.
• Protection from chipping, cracking, flaking, rotting, and excessive discoloration under normal weather conditions.
• Applies only to products manufactured by USAVinyl, LLC. Accessories and third-party parts carry separate warranties.

Coverage by Owner Type:

Individual Residential Homeowners:

• Vinyl fencing & railing (standard colors) – Lifetime limited material warranty
• Woodgrain vinyl (e.g., Cedar, Coastal Gray) – 25-year limited material warranty
• USAVinyl hardware – 5-year warranty

Other Owners (rental properties, businesses, HOAs, etc.):

• Vinyl fencing & railing (standard colors) – 20-year limited material warranty
• Woodgrain vinyl – 10-year limited material warranty
• USAVinyl hardware – 2-year warranty

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal weathering and color changes (especially in woodgrain tones)
• Damage from storms, animals, vandalism, chemicals, BBQ grills, or reflective heat
• Bowing or distortion due to heat buildup
• Improper installation, acts of nature, or lack of maintenance

How to File a Claim:

• File in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue
• Include purchase documentation and photos
• USAVinyl may inspect on-site or request product shipment
• Remedies include repair, replacement, or purchase price refund (labor not included)
