At Flyway Fence Company, we stand behind the quality of our work — that’s why every new fence installation comes with a 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty.

What’s Covered:

• Loose or improperly fastened boards or panels
• Misaligned posts or gates
• Gate hardware or construction errors

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear, weathering, or ground settling
• Damage from storms, accidents, or misuse
• Material defects (covered separately by manufacturer’s warranty)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Need to File a Claim?

Simply contact us at 608-780-5361 or drew@flywayfenceco.com with your invoice and a description of the issue. We’ll schedule an inspection and, if it’s covered, repair the problem at no cost to you.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner at the original installation site.

Country Estate® Vinyl Product Warranty Summary

Provided by Nebraska Plasics, Inc. (Manufacturer Warranty)

What’s Covered:

The manufacturer (Nebraska Plastics, Inc.) warrants all Country Estate® and Country Manor® PVC products to be free from defective raw materials and manufacturing defects.

Covered products will not peel, flake, rust, blister, or corrode, and will not require painting or traditional maintenance normally associated with non-PVC materials.

Coverage also includes compensation for abnormal and unexpected weathering resulting in product discoloration, as defined by ASTM D-4726.

Only 100% Country Estate® or Country Manor® products installed by an authorized dealer/installer are covered.

Coverage by Owner Type:

Individual Residential Homeowners

You may choose one warranty duration at time of registration:

• 50-Year Limited Warranty, or
• Limited Lifetime Warranty (default if no box is selected)

Coverage remains fully effective (non-prorated) for 20 years from original purchase or until the property is sold (unless properly transferred).

Other Owners (Businesses, HOAs, landlords, etc.):

Warranty coverage remains the same, but expires 20 years from the original date of purchase unless formally transferred.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal weathering and normal color change.
• Damage from movement, distortion, collapse, or shifting of soil or structures where the product is installed.
• Damage caused by storms, wind, hail, tornadoes, accidents, acts of God, or animals.
• Any issue arising from installation not performed to Nebraska Plastics specifications.
• Use of accessories, hardware, or components not made by Nebraska Plastics.
• Damage from air pollution, metal oxide deposits, harmful chemicals, or environmental contaminants.
• “Revivers” or chemical treatments not recommended for PVC.
• Consequential or incidental damages.

How Long the Warranty Lasts:

For residential use, the selected warranty remains fully effective (non-prorated) for 20 years.

After 20 years—or if the original consumer sells the property without executing a proper warranty transfer—coverage ends.

Is the Warranty Transferable?

Yes — one transfer is allowed if:

• The new owner receives a written transfer request within 30 days of real-estate transfer.
• Nebraska Plastics receives:
  • Proof of original purchase
  • A signed warranty registration card
  • Proof from the installer/dealer that the installation was 100% Country Estate® or Country Manor®
• A $25 processing fee is paid before transfer is completed.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

Claims must be submitted in writing to Nebraska Plastics or through the authorized dealer/installer.

Provide:

• Proof of original purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if requested)

Nebraska Plastics may:

• Request shipment of materials, or
• Perform an on-site inspection

Remedies may include:

• Supplying replacement materials
• Covering reasonable labor costs to install replacements (only when materials were defective)

Additional Important Notes:

• Warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
• Coverage applies only to properly installed Country Estate® / Country Manor® products.
• All disputes are governed by Nebraska law.
